Orders & Payments

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, as each item is custom-made.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Production Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for production.

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping is typically 3–5 business days (domestic) or 7–15 business days (international).

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

  • General Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
