At ClogPop, we take pride in the creativity, quality, and craftsmanship of our 3D printed products. Each item is carefully made to order, and because of this process, it is important for our customers to clearly understand our return and refund policy.

Policy

No Returns or Refunds

• General Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once a transaction has been completed. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before placing them.

Exceptions – Errors on Our Part

• If you receive an item that is substantially different from its description or if an error occurs on our end (for example, receiving the wrong item), we will provide a suitable resolution.

• Resolutions may include a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
